Engraved or personalized items CANNOT be returned and are not covered by the above money back
policy BUT if there is a spelling error or if the item is structurally damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns of Holiday purchases
We have extended our return deadline for holiday purchases.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 15 may be returned in accordance with the policy below by the following January 15 for refunds.
